Mr. Marcio Malta is a senior partner at the law office Kincaid | Mendes Vianna Advogados – one of the most traditional law offices in Brazil, founded in 1932 – with extensive experience in Maritime, Litigation and Arbitration, besides over 40 years of experience in the Admiralty Court. He joined Kincaid in 1977.
