Jason Frye represents corporate policyholders in coverage litigation and counsels corporate policyholders on developing successful strategies to resolve their complex insurance coverage disputes.

Jason has significant experience serving as lead counsel in lawsuits before state and federal courts and arbitration panels, representing clients in complex insurance coverage, contract, and commercial lease disputes—with a focus on creative, cost-effective strategies to resolve disputes before litigation ensues.
