Ms. Caddy has been a leading energy finance lawyer for nearly 20 years, advising banks, financial institutions, private equity funds and E&P independents on upstream debt financings and restructurings. Her experience spreads from traditional corporate syndicated lending, pre-payments, and acquisition financings to, more particularly, reserve-based lending. Ms. Caddy advises on multi-jurisdictional transactions across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.
