Susan Berry is a partner in the firm’s finance practice, providing strategic counsel to lenders, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers on complex lending matters and secured transactions.

Ms. Berry is recognized for her expertise in asset-based loans involving diverse collateral across many industries including reserve-based loans to upstream oil and gas companies, syndicated lending facilities, intercreditor arrangements, unsecured loans, term loans, working capital facilities, leveraged acquisitions, development loans and project financings. She also has experience with workouts and restructurings.
