Career

Bernardo Bulhões is a partner of the M&A and Private Equity practices of Pinheiro Guimarães, representing clients in negotiations, structuring of complex acquisitions and sales of companies, private and publicly acquisition of equities, and corporate restructuring. Bernardo Bulhões also dedicates a significant portion of his time to the practice of corporate litigation, which strongly synergizes with his M&A and corporate governance practices. Bernardo Bulhões has experience in providing creative solutions to complex situations and is recognized by clients for his hands-on approach and deep knowledge of Brazilian Corporate Law. Bernardo has co-authored a seminal book in Brazilian Corporate Law, has a degree in applied Mathematics, concluded postgraduate studies in tax, attended negotiation programs at Harvard Law School, and completed four years of undergraduate classes in Accounting.
