Key Partner. With more than 20 years of experience, Olívia has a strong background as a civil litigation and arbitration lawyer, advising clients in civil and commercial law matters and arbitration procedures. Olívia's experience arises from complex and diversified projects involving large national and transnational corporations. She has large experience working on high-complexity lawsuits and her experience includes elaboration of all necessary court papers, attendance at hearings and oral arguments before States and Superior Courts. Due to her solid litigation background, in the past 10 years Olivia has been focusing her practice on national and international commercial disputes in a wide variety of sectors, such as banking, construction and includes a broad experience in the electric power industry. In addition, Olívia has graduated at Mackenzie Presbyterian University Law School (LLB) and holds a post-graduation and a specialization degree in Civil Procedure Law at the Catholic University Law School, an Arbitration Module on the Specialization Course at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV and an LLM from University of Technology, Sydney.
