Rodrigo is a young partner member of Pinheiro Guimarães' corporate finance and M&A teams. Rodrigo has extensive experience structuring complex corporate and finance transactions involving intricate negotiations, while representing leading private equity funds, corporations, and investment banks, in both domestic and crossborder deals. Rodrigo also provide advice to the firms' wealth management clients. Rodrigo holds a post-graduation in Corporate Law by the Institute of Education and Research – Insper and a Specialization in Finance and Accounting by Columbia Business School (New York).
