With acknowledged practice in cases involving publicly-held companies, René assists the firm's clients before regulatory bodies, especially the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). In this field, René has not only managed the structuring of capital markets transactions involving equity and debt convertible instruments, but also privately-held companies which intended to go public. In addition, René advises firm's clients in the register of tender offers before Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and represents, on daily basis, publicly-held companies, shareholders and managers and other supervised institutions in administrative procedures before Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Appeal Council of the National Financial System (CRSFN) in the administrative defenses and the negotiation of terms of commitment.
