Tom Braiden is a corporate partner and the head of the Firm’s International Corporate Practice Group. He advises on a wide range of corporate matters in a number of different industries, specializing in complex cross-border private equity investments, M&A, management buyouts, restructurings and joint ventures (with a particular focus on the real estate, hospitality, retail, food & beverage and technology sectors). Tom also advises extensively on venture capital and growth equity transactions throughout the lifecycle of emerging companies, both from the investor side and the company/founder side.
