Tracy Fisher is a partner in the Firm’s Tax Practice Group. She provides complex domestic and cross-border tax structuring and transactional advice to a wide range of U.K. and international clients.

Tracy’s experience includes advising on corporate M&A, public company and private equity transactions, group reorganisations and demergers, real estate and equity investments and international taxation and finance.

A member of Brown Rudnick’s Family Office team, Tracy is also part of our cross-discipline initiative working for clients in this area.

Tracy is recognised in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for tax law and clients have praised her for her “flexible and commercial approach.”
