Lauren is an associate in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance group where she represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate transactions.

Lauren received her JD from J. David Rosenberg University of Kentucky College of Law where she was an editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resource Law and also served as Chair of the Student Bar Association’s Mental Health Committee. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Mark A. Drummond of Illinois and externed in Federal Bankruptcy Court in Kentucky.
