Chris is a commercial real estate lawyer advising international and domestic developers and investors, corporate occupiers, banks and public sector bodies.
He has advises developers on development and urban regeneration schemes and large office pre-let transactions. Leads large multi-disciplinary teams advising throughout the development cycle. Chris has advised Argent for the past 10 years on the 67 acre redevelopment of King’s Cross. Has advised on development agreements for the development of office, residential and retail space and led the BCLP team advising on the office pre-lets at King’s Cross totalling in excess of 2 million square feet.
Chris acts for a number of lenders and borrowers in relation to development financing. He is a member of the Investment Property Forum and the British Council for Offices.
