Margot Wainger is a real estate lawyer who focuses her practice in all aspects of commercial real estate financing. She represents lenders, borrowers, investors and developers in real estate financing transactions and related matters involving a wide variety of assets, including office, retail, industrial, residential and mixed-use properties, hotels, land development and property portfolios. She has experience in the origination, purchase, sale, syndication and securitization of a variety of lending transactions, including construction, permanent, bridge and mezzanine financing transactions and intercreditor matters. Her experience also includes loan restructuring and workout/foreclosure alternatives for distressed loans.
