Career

Tessa is an associate of the firm's Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group, specializing in mass torts cases. She represents corporate clients facing class action negligence, strict liability, and breach of contract claims.

Before joining BCLP, Tessa participated in the University of California, Irvine School of Law's Appellate Litigation Clinic. Here, she successfully represented an immigration asylum application before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, securing a victory in a case that kickstarted her experience in appellate advocacy.

Tessa earned her law degree from UCI Law School, where she served as an associate editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. Prior to attending UCI, Tessa studied at Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. There, she served as the Health and Wellness Committee Chair for the Student Bar Association, where she incorporated her passions for holistic stress relief by teaching monthly yoga classes to fellow students.
