She has successfully defended clients in a variety of cases, including matters alleging violations of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as well as state unfair and deceptive acts or practices (UCL) statutes. She has brought her years of litigation experience to the aviation products liability area, including defense of aircraft and component manufacturers, MROs, and other aviation related companies.
Kristin has extensive experience handling matters involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee unfair competition. She has represented former employers in related litigation in state and federal courts in California. She regularly counsels clients on how to safeguard their confidential, proprietary, and trade secret information. In addition, Kristin works on corporate transactions, concentrating on providing advice on using restrictive covenants in the acquisition of high-level employees.
