Elizabeth Goldberg practices in the areas of intellectual property and commercial litigation. She has litigated a wide variety of commercial matters in federal and state courts, including in the areas of trademark and copyright, and also has experience with trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and abroad.
