Lindsay Cross focuses her practice on securities law compliance and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She has experience representing public and private companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, as well as ongoing compliance issues under the federal securities laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay developed extensive in-house experience, previously serving as Corporate Counsel at a public company and most recently as General Counsel at a private software company, where she advised senior management and the board on various legal issues and drove strategy on contractual, corporate governance, human resources, and other matters. She also spent several years supporting information technology networks and systems at the NATO Special Operations Headquarters in Mons, Belgium.
