Career

Emina is an associate in the Class Actions & Mass Torts Practice Group. She represents clients on complex commercial disputes and litigation involving toxic torts.

During law school, Emina served as executive notes editor of the Georgia Law Review, as a competitor and then coach of the school’s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Team, and as a pupil of the Clarke-Carley Inn of Court. She also served as a research assistant to Dean Peter “Bo” Rutledge, focusing on international arbitration and international civil litigation matters, and as a research clerk to Professor Diane Marie Amann, focusing on international law matters. She was a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael L. Brown of the Northern District of Georgia. Emina co-founded and served as the vice president of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association and participated in the Practicum in Animal Welfare Skills legal clinic.
