Associate - Corporate and Finance Transactions

Nick West is a member of the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance group. He advises clients on a variety of transactional issues, including cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures, and private equity backed acquisitions and financings, among other corporate matters. Nick has represented public companies, middle-market private buyers and sellers, and strategic buyers in acquisitions and private equity buyers making portfolio equity investments. His clients operate in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, software, agribusiness and healthcare.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick served as an associate in the corporate, securities, mergers & acquisitions group of a national law firm.

He received his Juris Doctor with honors from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor and Staff Editor for the Washington University Law Review. While in law school, Nick worked at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company located in St. Louis, Missouri and interned at an investment bank located in Manhattan, New York.
