Dave is a member of BCLP’s Sports & Entertainment and Appellate & Supreme Court Practice Groups.

Dave has extensive judicial experience.  Before joining BCLP, Dave clerked for the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  While attending law school at UNLV, he also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Abbi Silver of the Nevada Supreme Court and the Honorable James C. Mahan of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

Prior to attending law school, Dave completed his bachelor’s degree at BYU, where he was a member of the rugby team.
