Associate - Corporate and Finance Transactions

Dylan Mason is an associate in the corporate and financial transactions group based in the Charlotte office who focuses on health care transactions, healthcare regulatory compliance, and data privacy matters.

Dylan has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of healthcare-related matters including, healthcare private equity transactions, physician employment agreements, telehealth, the corporate practice of medicine, and federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse laws. Dylan also routinely works with clients on federal and state privacy matters, including compliance with HIPAA’s Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.

Prior to joining BCLP, Dylan worked at a large international firm focusing on private equity transactions in the healthcare industry and served as in house counsel for multiple companies providing a variety of healthcare services nationwide.
