Career
Justin is a results-oriented business litigator with experience litigating a broad array of business and complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Over his career, Justin has advised and represented clients in a variety of industries, including construction, financial services, food and hospitality, insurance, private equity, professional services, real estate, sports memorabilia and collectibles, and technology.
As a result, Justin enjoys a robust practice with particular focus on disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, commercial real estate, defamation, employment, finance and lending, foreclosure, fraud, insurance coverage, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, officer and director liability, trade secrets, and unfair competition.
Justin is a problem solver, who understands that each matter contains a unique set of issues, facts, and circumstances. As such, he is committed to working closely with clients to develop a strategy that meets their particular litigation goals and broader business needs. Through his aggressive, yet practical, approach, Justin has achieved favorable results through settlement and in the courthouse. Additionally, Justin has experience aggressively pursuing collection and other pre- and post-judgment remedies and relief.
Prior to joining BCLP, Justin served as an attorney for a well-known business and commercial litigation trial firm in Dallas. A native Texan, Justin received his juris doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Broadcast Communication from Dallas Baptist University, where he was a member of the men’s tennis team.
