Erica Iverson’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Immediately prior to joining the firm, she worked at boutique litigation practice in New York City where she handled trial and appellate matters involving bankruptcy fraud, civil RICO, antitrust, administrative law and breach of contract claims arising out of the 2007-2008 financial and housing crisis. Earlier, she was an associate at another firm in both its New York and Dubai offices, where she practiced international arbitration and litigation.

Erica graduated from the New York University School of Law, where she served as an articles editor on the New York University Law Review, was awarded the Albert Podell Prize for best brief during the Orison S. Marden Moot Court Competition, and earned the Vanderbilt Medal for outstanding contributions to the School of Law. She earned her bachelor’s degree cum laude in Middle Eastern studies from New York University.

Erica also completed coursework in psychology at Columbia University, conducted decision-making research at the Center for Decision Sciences at Columbia Business School, and gained admission to the Ph.D. program in social psychology at New York University. She often leverages this behavioral science training to provide strategic advice to clients making litigation decisions.
