Ali Ragsdale Olszeski is an experienced trial attorney and a partner in BCLP’s Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group. Ali is sought out for her experience in building and leading strong trial teams and leading internal investigations. She has a demonstrated history of success in complex commercial cases of all types, most recently involving technology, mergers and acquisitions, and food and agribusiness.

Ali understands the importance of open communication with her clients. She ensures every legal maneuver aligns with her clients’ business goals. She is known for unraveling intricacies that achieve favorable outcomes, as well as telling captivating stories to the factfinder. And if and when the priority shifts to minimizing risk, Ali skillfully guides her clients out of the dispute, ensuring their interests are protected and their goals achieved. Ali will stop at nothing to find the best solution for every matter.
