Mikal is well-versed in document review and project management in civil and criminal contexts.  He has also worked extensively with contract management systems to assist clients preparing for corporate sales.  A recent major project involved reviewing the validity and transferability of supply contracts and nondisclosure agreements as the result of a partial enterprise sale.
