Career

Kristin Webb focuses her practice on litigation. Kristin represents financial institutions, aviation and aerospace companies, and service industries in complex business litigation and liability matters and employment law disputes. She has deep experience in all facets of litigation, including complex case analysis, large document discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, settlement negotiations and trial. Kristin was second chair in a federal trial pending before the Honorable Judge R. Gary Klausner, United States District Court, Central District of California, which involved a complex contract dispute between two Aerospace manufacturing companies. She has successfully defended clients in a variety of cases, including matters alleging violations of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as well as state unfair and deceptive acts or practices (UCL) statutes. Kristin has also litigated matters involving the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act (CUTSA) and the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 (DTSA). She has brought her years of litigation experience to the aviation products liability area, including defense of aircraft and component manufacturers, MROs, and other aviation related companies.

Kristin has extensive experience handling matters involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee unfair competition. She has represented former employers in related litigation in state and federal courts in California. She regularly counsels clients on how to safeguard their confidential, proprietary, and trade secret information. In addition, Kristin works on corporate transactions, concentrating on providing advice on using restrictive covenants in the acquisition of high-level employees.
