Career

Kevin Paganini’s practice focuses on intellectual property with an emphasis on patent law. A significant portion of Kevin's practice is devoted to patent prosecution, patent litigation, opinion drafting, infringement analysis, and due diligence studies associated with the sale and/or purchase of patent portfolios. Kevin's prosecution experience extends to both domestic and foreign patent applications, and encompasses a variety of technological areas including computer software, computer hardware and architecture, internet-related technologies, electronics, telecommunications, mechanical devices, optical devices and financial business methods.

Kevin also spends a portion of his practice on trademark-related matters, including filing and prosecuting trademark applications, assisting clients with trademark oppositions, providing opinions on trademark availability, and evaluating possible infringement of trademarks.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree in computer information systems from the University of Scranton and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
