Associate - Corporate and Finance Transactions

Brandon Gershowitz is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions group. Brandon’s practice focuses on M&A transactions, and he routinely represents private equity sponsors and public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and carve-out transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining BCLP, Brandon was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
