Associate - Litigation and Investigations

Diana Kabbani is a member of the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes Practice. She handles litigation involving complex business transactions, commercial contracts, and real estate disputes. Diana also offers pro bono representation to individuals seeking asylum in the United States.

Diana earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an online editor on the Virginia Journal of International Law, the most prestigious specialty journal at UVA Law, which has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court, several U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the International Court of Justice. While in law school, Diana worked as a contract law teaching assistant and as a human rights law research assistant. Diana also served on the International Human Rights Clinic.

Prior to law school, Diana attended American University where she interned for a D.C. Superior Court judge, a U.S. senator, and a large international law firm.
