Associate - Litigation and Investigations

Jackson is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. He routinely represents clients in federal antitrust cases, including class actions involving price fixing, monopolization, price discrimination and other alleged violations of the antitrust or unfair competition laws. Outside of antitrust, Jackson represents clients on both general and complex commercial litigation in both federal and state court.

During law school, he was on the editorial board of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. He was also a research assistant for Professor Charles Barzun, focusing on new developments in tort law surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Jackson is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
