Associate - Corporate and Finance Transactions

Hannah White is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions department. Hannah’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to joining the firm, Hannah served as a law clerk for various organizations, including Reinsurance Group of America, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Washington University Entrepreneurship Clinic.

Hannah received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where she was the Media and Symposium Editor of the Global Studies Law Review, and a member of the International Law Society.
