Associate - Corporate and Finance Transactions

Brad is an associate in the firm’s Energy, Environment and Infrastructure practice group. He advises clients on regulatory and enforcement actions, site investigation and remediation, transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, compliance counselling encompassing all environmental media, and all phases of litigation. Mr. Copeland’s experience includes counseling and enforcement defense on matters involving Superfund, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, spill reporting, underground and aboveground storage tanks, asbestos, OSHA, and transportation regulation. Mr. Copeland has experience advising clients in a variety of sectors, including the infrastructure, renewables, agricultural, and power sectors.
