Aaron is an associate in the Business & Commercial Disputes Practice Group. His practice primarily focuses on general and complex commercial litigation across a variety of industries, with considerable dedication to financial services and white collar disputes. He worked as a law clerk for United States Senator Josh Hawley, focusing solely on Judiciary Committee matters, including the confirmation of a Supreme Court justice. Holte on the United States Court of Federal Claims, where he assisted in the adjudication of civil-only monetary claims against the federal government. Aaron also served as a pathways law clerk for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, a law clerk for the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, and a judicial intern for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

During law school, Aaron was a member of the Administrative Law Review. His comment, titled “You’ll Know It When You See It: The FCC’s Elusive Public Interest Standard,” was published in Volume 73.3. Aaron also served as the president of the WCL Federalist Society Chapter and remains actively involved in both the National and St. Louis Chapters.
