Alan has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate sector and acts for large developers, corporate occupiers, investors (including overseas investors), joint venture partners and lenders in relation to all types of real estate transactions. Alan has extensive experience of the acquisition, development, legal structuring, leasing and disposal of real estate and has a wealth of experience of multi-disciplinary transactions involving real estate, including corporate acquisitions and JVs.
Most recently his experience has been on development projects and taking development projects through their full life-cycle, from acquisition/assembly and structuring to pre-letting and disposal. Such projects have been in the office, residential, life science, industrial, film and TV and student accommodation sub-sectors.
