Laura has also experience Venture Capital transactions and structures abroad, representing both investment funds and the founders of the invested companies and also in Banking & Finance day-to-day matters. She is an experienced lawyer, assisting clients also in complex corporate reorganizations and on the clients&corporate day-to-day matters.

Laura has assisted EchoStar Corporation, a multinational company and premier global provider of satellite communication solutions, on its joint venture with Yahsat, focused on satellite broadband in Brazil. This is one of the largest telecom’s deals of the year in the Brazilian market.
