Karin Alvo has large experience with corporate matters and complex M&A transactions. She has an extensive experience with foreign clients and cross-border transactions, leading large projects within the firm since their initial due diligence up to the final negotiation of the agreements, helping clients to understand and deal with the Brazilian matters on a practical manner. Karin also represents some fund clients on their investments in Brazilian tech companies and is well recognized by her clients and peers in the Private Equity and Venture Capital practice.
