Jose Flavio Pacheco practice areas include Tax Law, Customs and Foreign Trade. His practice is focused in consulting, specially involving complex matters of customs, indirect taxes, logistical and business restructuring in general, as well as in the definition of strategies and in the conduction of tax proceedings, representing several clients all over the country. José Flávio also coordinates the area of international trade, representing clients on trade defense issues and tariff reductions.

José Flávio Pacheco is a partner in Tax Law, overseeing customs and tax matters, particularly indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, and Import Tax). He assists in administrative proceedings at the National Council of Fiscal Policy (Confaz) and the Ministry of Health, advising clients on corporate restructurings, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry (life sciences).
