Jonathan’s practice is focused on commercial and competition litigation. He has extensive experience acting for claimants and defendants across a spectrum of commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving breach of contract, post-acquisition warranty claims, professional negligence, civil fraud and unfair prejudice petitions.

Jonathan has also developed specialist expertise acting for claimants in group claims in both commercial and competition litigation matters, including collective proceedings against global tech companies and securities litigation on behalf of classes of investors. He has represented clients in all divisions of the High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. Jonathan is a keen proponent of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation and expert determination.
