Guilherme advises local and international clients – including private equity funds and publicly held companies – in corporate and contractual matters such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, divestments, reorganizations and corporate consulting. He previously served as an international associate at the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
