Leonardo advises domestic and foreign companies in tax matters related to various sectors, with emphasis on the oil & gas, shipping, technology, telecom and electricity segments, as well as infrastructure.

He also specializes in direct and indirect taxes, as well as customs law, international taxation, and foreign investment issues.

He is a member of the Special Commission on Tax Law of the Rio de Janeiro section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/RJ)
