Career

André Luiz advises in our Infrastructure & Energy and Project Finance practices, with a particular focus on administrative law. As an expert in this area, he assists clients with structuring public concessions, public-private partnerships (PPPs), expression of interest procedures, public bids and auctions, administrative proceedings before regulatory agencies and in cases involving audit courts and the Court of Audit of the Federal Government (TCU). André Luiz acts on behalf of construction companies, infrastructure investment funds, public service and construction work concessionaries and transportation, roadway, railroad, port and airport logistics, as well as sanitation, metallurgy and mining, base industry and asset management. A professor in the General Theory of Law Department at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), André Luiz is a member of the Advisory Board of the Brazilian Institute of Administrative Law (IDAP), São Paulo Institute of Administrative Law (IDAP) and Brazilian Institute of Legal Infrastructure Studies (IBEJI).
