Eduardo works in the firm’s Tax practice, particularly with disputes regarding federal, state and municipal taxation, as well as social security disputes at all levels of the court system, including Brazil’s higher courts.

He defends companies in collection proceedings and advises clients on suits for recovering tax credits. Eduardo also assists with procedural dispute proceedings, renewing tax good standing certificates and other litigation of this nature, as well as court litigation involving tax immunity issues.

He advises on procedural strategies and assessing tax risks in asset disposal transactions, as well as other related judicial litigation.
