Paula’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, inbound investments and commercial contracts involving public and private companies from virtually all industries and business sectors. She also advises management and equity owners on corporate regulatory matters. Paula worked as an international associate in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
