Thaís advises Brazilian and foreign clients from a highly diverse range of profiles and industries on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and strategic transactions involving public and private companies and private equity funds. She also advises clients on contractual and corporate matters, reorganizations, and corporate governance. Thaís previously worked as an international associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
