Daniel Vergna provides consultancy and litigation support to foreign clients in all types of labor and employment matters. He has extensive experience in reviewing the labor and employment aspects of cross-border corporate and finance transactions. He previously worked as a foreign associate for big law firms in Argentina and Japan, and has also worked as an international associate at Mattos Filho’s New York office.

Daniel is a member of the Business Management and Promotion of Local Japanese Companies Group of the Brazilian-Japanese Chamber of Commerce in São Paulo. He is a former member of the Japan Society in New York, and the Japanese Law Society of New York University. Daniel is one of the coordinators of Mattos Filho’s Japan Desk.
