Natália specializes in project development, particularly within the infrastructure sector. She is experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of construction contracts, as well as effectively managing construction risks and claims during the pre-litigation phase.

Natália also advises Brazilian and foreign companies on the process of preparing, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including commercial contracts (distribution agreements, commercial representation agreements, supply agreements, and service contracts).

Natália previously worked as an international associate for two years at Herbert Smith Freehills in New York. She is licensed to practice law both in Brazil and the state of New York.
