He also advises on regulatory matters involving publicly-held and closely-held companies and capital market transactions and financing. Claudio is also admitted to practice law in New York and worked as a senior associate at the international law firms Shearman & Sterling LLP and Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP.
