Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP expanded its New York-based private equity practice in February 2023 with the arrival of leveraged buyout and take-private expert Peter Feist from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, allowing the firm to add funds such as OMERS Private Equity to its growing roster of clients.
