Luiz concentrates his practice in advising intermediary institutions and issuers in IPOs, follow-on offerings and debt offerings (debentures, commercial notes, bonds and securitization of receivables), in Brazil and abroad, as well as clients in mergers and acquisitions involving listed and private companies.
