Partner in Demarest’s M&A and Corporate practice areas, Min Gon Kim holds a master’s degree (LLM) in Corporate Law from Columbia University (NY/USA), a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from FGV-SP and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. During his time in the US, Min acted as a foreign associate in the Miami office of Holland & Knight LLP as well as in the Seoul office of Kim & Chang.
